This technology is one of most advanced production methods of potassium sulfate--- Mannheim Process method. The core is updated new reaction furnace based upon the basis of dry baking method to produce the potassium sulfate. Under the support of the special equipment, it has resolved the abrasion and the corrosion under the condition of high temperature and strong acid and the process problem of continuous output. Comparing with the similar equipments from foreign countries, its outstanding characteristics are less investment, short building duration (four to six months), high atomization, reliable quality, high heating efficient, high output, and environment protective. The design, fabrication, installation, production process, inspection and testing of this whole set of technique and equipment, are completed by ourselves.

We are specialized in potassium sulfate complete equipment plant layout, design, equipment manufacturing, installation and technical training. On the basis of the principle of the original Mannheim furnace, the principle mechanism and the supporting process structure have been improved to achieve the purpose of complete reaction, stable product index and low energy consumption. In the absorption process, the new process is adopted to achieve high absorption rate and solve the problem of environmental pollution. At the same time, it can be equipped with intelligent control system to reduce the work intensity of staff, more accurate product control, real-time monitoring of various indicators data.
We have improved the purity of hydrochloric acid, a byproduct of potassium sulfate production, through many practices and process reforms with our customer, Inner Mongolia Potash Fertilizer Plant, so that it can be applied to more fields.
